Personal Training

Personal Training is just that-personal. PT provides an individualized or one-on-one approach in creating, implementing and daily execution of the strategy necessary to deliver the current goal or achieve the life long goal while receiving daily accountability and motivation. Regardless of the age of the client, PT and the trainer’s sole focus is to instruct the client, often working with the client’s Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Doctor, Nutritionist, etc. in a variety of areas including weight/fat loss, lean muscle gain, tone, strength, mobility, rehabilitation, sports performance and military and civil fitness test preparation. PT sessions typically come in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. The difference in the sessions offers the client the ability to maximize their workouts with higher intensity in the 30 minute sessions due to their limited time availability/schedule to the 60 minute session to allow a workout, flexibility instruction, corrective training for balance, muscles, etc. and the non-rushed feeling. Additionally, the 60 minute session allows the more advanced client to challenge their fitness levels with a concentrated workout along with learning many more techniques for future progression.
